Vacuum component of an Instrument called Alphachron. It was the first commercially available, automated, integrated and compact turnkey system designed for the extraction and measurement of gases from mineral samples. The Alphachron was developed by the CSIRO Division of Exploration and Mining (DEM), and Patterson Instruments, and was manufactured and marketed by ASI and now Applied Spectra. Intrepid Imagineering has played a significant role in it’s development. The instrument was manufactured, assembled and tested in our facility.
